 Postage

A fee of £2.50 is charged for UK parcels regardless of weight or size for all orders under £20.00.

Postage is free for all orders of £20.00 or more

A flat fee of 3.95 euros is charged for orders placed in Europe, regardless of weight or size.

A flat fee of $10.00 is charged for all US orders regardless of weight or size.

We do endeavour to send out parcels within 1 - 2 days, and all parcels are sent 1st class by Royal Mail.

  Sometimes some items may be out of stock. If this is the case we will place them on back order and forward them to you as soon as they are received by us.
Sometimes on items such as Decoupage sheets, we may select and send a close alternative to an item that may be out of stock.

Please allow 10 days after placing your order before contacting us if your initial parcel has not been received.

If on receipt you are not happy with your goods, please return unopened by
recorded delivery for a full refund.
Any damaged items received should be returned within 7 days for a full refund or
replacement.

Privacy

At no point do we ever divulge any information given to us by yourselves. We also do not hold any credit card information.
All our credit card transactions are undertaken by PayPal on their secure servers.
Even we do not know your credit card numbers, The Paypal secure servers are among the best in the world giving you peace of mind when ordering online.
